Paul Chang

Maritime Advisor

Prior to joining ICBC Leasing, Mr. Paul Chang was the Head of Shipping of DVB Bank in North Asia (Mainland China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Japan and Korea), based in Hong Kong as well as Asia Pacific Head of Shipping in HSH Nordbank and President of Hong Kong Branch.

He joined ICBC Leasing in 2010 as Global Head of Shipping Business Unit. He is now the maritime advisor of ICBC Leasing.

Changkun Yang

Managing Director

Mr. Changkun Yang worked in the Export-Import Bank of China, with ten years of experience in ship finance.
He joined ICBC Leasing in 2011 as Managing Director of Shipping Finance Division.


He is now Head of Shipping Business Unit, responsible for its overall business development.

Bill Guo

Executive Director

Mr. Bill Guo joined in ICBC Leasing in 2013. He is now Executive Director of Shipping Business Unit, mainly responsible for the leasing business of the container related field and VLOC.

 

Jacky Hong

Vice President

Mr. Jacky Hong worked for 10 years at a shipyard in China and ship design institute.
He joined ICBC Leasing in 2011.

He is now Vice President of the Shipping Business Unit, responsible for the leasing business of cruise ships and OSVs.

Mr. Qi joined ICBC Leasing in 2013 and is responsible for assets project cycle management for each subdivision market, as well as market research and analysis.
